Praca: Digital Manager
Our Client is an international company with ambitious plans for further development within CEE region. In order to manage the continuous growth our Client is seeking to recruit Digital Manager to manage and execute marketing campaigns across web, social, mobile and digital media.
- Develop and execute digital plans and work effectively with Polish marketing team to share strategies, priorities, plans and needs across all digital channels.
- Manage agencies to insure proper delivery of qualitative online material (banners, videos, ad copy), costeffective media buy and efficient tracking.
- Manage integrated digital campaigns: Strategy & Targeting, Content Creation, Media Plans, Touchpoints and Traffic/Conversion.
- Create and implement Social Media strategy (Facebook/Instagram/YouTube).
- Analyze and supervise KPIs and different measurements that will be used to assess the impact of digital campaigns.
- Identify opportunities and drive digital innovation projects that will help business to grow.
- Identify and prioritize initiatives that improve the digital customer experience.
- Drive performance analysis with a focus on optimizing and continually improving ROI.
- Work with the local stakeholders to define and manage the digital budget to ensure effective use of digital agency support and productivity of all digital investment.
- Educated to university degree (marketing / business)
- 5-10 years of professional experience gained by working in online / digital / e-commerce environment
- Proficient and passionate about digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, marketing automation, online media, social, etc.
- Very good communication skills both in Polish and English
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Prioritization abilities, time management, ability to work under time pressure
- Creative attitude and ability to work effectively with limited budgets - achieving more with less
- Excellent planning and analytical skills with natural attention to details
