About the role
As Fault Coordinator, you will be accountable for coordination of the fault life cycle within the team and participation in global Fault Management Process on the department level. Your responsibilities will include, but won’t be limited to: daily management of the process, direct cooperation with engineers and translation of technical aspects of faults to higher management, making sure the process within the team fits defined global rules, keeping deadlines, faults prioritization on team level.

- Setting priorities of faults within the team
- Direct cooperation with Local Product Owner to fit team’s objectives and deadlines
- Translation of technical aspects of fault investigation towards Fault Managers and higher management
- Aligning to global rules on the team level
- Helping with investigation of faults and making sure the reports are updated in timely manner with high quality input provided by engineers
- Cooperation with other Fault Coordinators to assure smooth investigation of faults within the whole department
- Quality focus
- Strong English, both spoken and written is a must have
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Negotiation skills will be beneficial
- Ability to work under time constraints
- Ability to solve complex problems and to make strategic decisions quickly
- Understanding Software Development Life Cycle
- Understanding Incident Management Process (ITIL v3 or higher)
- Experience in Incident Management or Fault Management related role will be a strong advantage
- Technical background, education or experience will be a plus
- Experience in JIRA (or any other task/bug tracking solutions) and Confluence will be a plus
