Praca: Intern
You will be responsible for executing accounting operations related to customer payments, account reconciliation, and reporting. You will ensure high quality of service, compliance with internal controls, and contribute to process improvements and internal projects.
- Posting incoming payments
- Resolving unallocated cash items
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Preparing and analyzing various financial reports
- Ensuring high quality of performed tasks
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and J-SOX rules
- Supporting process improvements
- Participating in internal projects
Education, Master, other certification:
- Relevant secondary education (e.g. Economics Technical School or post-secondary accounting training)
- Experience in accounting operations preferred but not required
- Good MS Office skills
- Knowledge of SAP ERP package is a plus
- Fluent English
- Additional European language is an asset
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
